About Garrett Carter
Best-selling author Garrett Carter has a passion for education and working with tomorrow's leaders. With over ten years of experience working with children through mentoring and tutoring programs, Garrett is also a middle school language arts teacher at a highly-rated school district in Ohio. Garrett graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in 2006 and M.Ed. in 2009. Garrett has published two best-selling education (curricula) books and is excited about "Coby's Athlete and Career Series" and "Lainey's Singer and Career Series." In May 2014, Garrett received a Bestseller Award for his title I Want to Be an Athlete and a Teacher.

What do you enjoy?
I enjoy writing, exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Favorite TV show?
I don't watch too much TV, but I do enjoy Law & Order: SVU, Shark Tank, Once Upon a Time and Resurrection!
I love pretty much all types of cheese. I also have a weakness for Utz crab-flavored potato chips!
What's on the walls in your office?
My office has a U.C. theme to it, so lots of C-paw/Bearcat wall stickers and a U.C. flag. I also have my diplomas and book covers framed.
Last movie you really enjoyed?
The new X-men movie!
Person who would play you in a movie?
I can trust Will Smith to do a good job!
Red Lobster. Their biscuits...need I say more?
The smell outside on a nice October evening! I also like the smell of paint because I associate it with clean and fresh.
